After we discuss your fitness goals and assess your current level of fitness, I will design a whole body workout that will address your needs. Our workout session can be at your home and at your convenience. I bring whatever is necessary. There is no contract nor minimum number of sessions. We work together only as long as you are happy with my service. My fee is $75/hour. As an alternative to one on one sessions, I provide virtual sessions where you receive the same care and attention but we communicate over the telephone and through email. My fee for this service is $75/month.

I will utilize my years of long distance running along with my coaching knowledge to formulate a safe and effective running plan for you. Working together with you, I provide a schedule that blends into your busy week. Using your feedback, I will adjust the schedule as appropriate. My fee for this service is $75/month. If however, you also choose my personal training service, then there is no charge for this service.
